For this bonus round, we're looking for prompts inspired by plant/flower symbolism and the language(s) of flowers!

This round will end on July 1st.
Fills can be in any format, and you can fill your teammates prompts, but you cannot fill your own prompt.

“I told you not to come,” Kiyomi hisses.
Misa shrugs, unrepentant. “What are you talking about, silly? I’m just here for a shoot! It’s just by To-Oh anyway so I thought I’d stop by and say hi to you. And your boyfriend.”
Light is frowning at Misa. Kiyomi winces. She doesn’t know how Light feels about Kira (he always dances around the subject) and Kiyomi can’t tell him. Out of the question.
“We’re not — what is this?”
She’s caught sight of the flower Misa is holding out. It looks a bit like a daisy, maybe — Kiyomi’s never been particularly good at flowers — but more scraggly, neon yellow against Misa’s black dress.
“Coltsfoot,” Misa says, grinning. “For justice.”
Kiyomi feels a flutter in her chest and pushes it down violently. Is she trying to get them caught? “I didn’t take you to have any opinions on justice, Amane.”
“Yeah, well, I don’t,” Misa says. “But I wanted to say thank you! For the thing. Aren’t we friends?”
“What’s the thing?” Light asks.
Kiyomi startles. She’d almost forgotten he was there, even though she’s still holding onto his arm. “Just a homework assignment,” she says. “Amane-san attends community college.”
Misa bats her eyelashes. “Remembering zoning laws is just sooo hard for me! You made it so much easier, Kiyo-chan!”
Kiyo-chan? “I’m glad,” Kiyomi says stiffly. She can see the other student representative, Hideki-Ryuga-but-not-that-one, approaching on the horizon and she does not want to be here for that. “Listen, Amane-san, do you want to go to a cafe later? I have class.”
“Aw,” Misa pouts. “And we were getting along so well! Here, take the flower.”
Kiyomi carefully takes it between her nails — God, people are staring, she hates this — and slides the coltsfoot into her breast pocket.
“Don’t you look handsome,” Misa says, smiling, and it really is a shame Kiyomi is only politically motivated because she would definitely kill Misa otherwise. Or just shut her up, somehow. Push her against a wall and watch that porcelain smile fall and —
The school bell rings.
“Bye, Kiyo-chan! And Light-kun!” And Misa disappears into the crowd.
Kiyomi stares after her.
“Well, that was odd,” Light remarks, smiling at her. She hopes she’s imagining the sharpness in his eyes. “Are you two friends, Takada-san?”
“Of a fashion,” Kiyomi says distantly.
“When did you m—Oh hey, Ryuga-san!”
Hideki Ryuga tilts his head at the two of them, thumb on his lip. “Hello, Light-kun. …And Takada-chan.”
She almost preferred it when Misa called her Kiyo. “Hello,” she says, injecting every bit of polite aloof condescension she has into the word. “We were just about to head in.”
He doesn’t take the hint. Instead his gaze falls to her shirt. “Coltsfoot,” he says. “Interesting.”
“It’s really not,” Kiyomi says. Her stomach is twisting into knots. Had he glanced at Light just now? “And I must be going—“
“Such a beautiful flower,” Ryuga muses. He shifts his weight from one foot to the other. “She must quite like you.”
There’s heat rising to her cheeks. “It’s not like that—“
“It’s a shame,” Ryuga continues unabated. “I overheard an investigation on the other side of the road just now.
“Misa Amane has been arrested on suspicion of being the Second Kira.”
