For this bonus round, we're looking for prompts inspired by plant/flower symbolism and the language(s) of flowers!

Fills can be in any format, and you can fill your teammates prompts, but you cannot fill your own prompt.

The first time Haruka had seen the cherry blossoms, she had listened silently as Yuka reminisced about her first love while the petals slowly drifted around them. For a day so beautiful, Yuka’s memories of a past love felt grim; almost unsuitable amongst the pinks and greens of the park. Haruka had only stayed and listened because it was Yuka. She can’t quite remember what the cherry blossoms looked like that day.
The second time Haruka had seen the cherry blossoms, it was out of the obligation to keep everyone safe. If Yuka were to want to see the cherry blossoms instead of drunkenly craving tuna, there would be no chance of Saki falling into the ocean. Even if Haruka refused to take part in that argument, the earthquake would still take place. Better safe than sorry. While watching Yuka and Kurumi chase each other around Viewpoint park was endearing, it still didn’t erase Haruka’s unease.
The third time Haruka had seen the cherry blossoms, it was with Yuka’s hand in hers and April 6th long behind them.
It might be because they escaped both death and a time loop, but the sight before Haruka is the most beautiful she’s ever seen. The cherry blossom trees in full bloom, the afternoon sun shining through the canopy and Yuka’s smiling face next to her. Now and forever.
“Hehe, you’re staaaaaring.” Yuka points out, teasingly. Her free hand pokes Haruka in the cheek. “You’re supposed to be taking in the natural beauty of the cherry blossoms, not looking at lil ol’ me!”
“Can I not look at both the cherry blossoms and my girlfriend?”
Girlfriend. Even just thinking it makes Haruka flustered; actually saying it aloud is near mortifying. But watching Yuka’s face go from cocky to embarrassed is completely worth it.
After clearing her throat, Yuka gives her another bright grin and leans in to rub her cheek against Haruka’s like a needy cat. “Awww, stahwp it! You’re lucky we’re in public, otherwise I’d gobble you up for that!”
The affection is new, but not unwelcomed. She returns the nuzzle, glad that there doesn’t seem to be many people in the park today. “We should enjoy the cherry blossoms while we can. You can… ‘gobble me up’ whenever, but we won’t be able to see this sight for a long time.”
Haruka isn’t quite sure if she ever wants to come back to this island. She isn’t sure she’d ever let herself step foot back here after everything that has happened, but if she’s going to make one last memory here, it might as well be with Yuka by her side.
“You’re right, as always! We gotta make the most of it!” With that, Yuka pulls Haruka by the hand and begins to sprint towards the lighthouse. “I’m gonna confess my love at the cape, like how prof told us about! The whole island is gonna know about our love!”
“What? Hey, don’t you dare-”
